A supplier that answers the second question.
The first question is "how much". The second — "will it work with what we already have" — is the one that decides whether a project ships.
Bright Alliance designs and manufactures rugged mobile devices built around wireless and contactless technologies: barcode scanning, UHF RFID, NFC, biometric authentication and a secure hardware architecture.
We serve system integrators and solution providers who build industry-specific systems for fleet and warehouse management, retail operations, identity verification, access control, e-voting, ticketing, law enforcement workflows, SIM registration, mobile payments, healthcare and medication management, logistics, and a wide range of public and private sector applications.
The whole chain, in-house
Mechanical design and tooling, PCB design and integration, antenna development — all handled by the same engineering group. That end-to-end control is what lets us support a pilot of five units and a roll-out of five thousand on the same firmware line, without handing either to a third party.
The device is usually the easy part. The work is knowing which device will still be the right one when the roll-out is finished.
How we work
- Single units first. Sample pricing, accessory list included, shipped in 48 hours on stocked models.
- Two models, not forty. We narrow the range before quoting it.
- Honest about limits. If a requirement needs a software change rather than a device, we say so.
- Built for the second order. Same model, same firmware line, documented end-of-life notice.
OEM and ODM
Function-module changes, boot logo, packaging, housing colour, extra interfaces and firmware defaults. A custom build typically runs 2–6 weeks depending on what changes — and it starts from a sample you have already tested.

Where the devices are built
Tooling, assembly, burn-in and final test under one roof. The units that ship are the units that were tested — not a sample from a pilot run.
