Product line
Danger, urgency, special ops — for the crews who arrive first.
Devices for dangerous work, urgent response and special operations: Ex-proof handsets, command-vehicle consoles, special-operations tablets and mountable PTZ cameras — one system from the glovebox to the incident.
What the line has to survive
- Hazardous duty — Ex-proof handsets that legally enter Zone 1 areas and chemical plants
- Command vehicles — in-vehicle consoles with DMR, LTE and map terminals in one rack
- Field teams — tablets rated for drops, heat and gloved input, with offline maps
- Evidence — PTZ and body-worn cameras that record what the report has to prove
Everything integrates with the dispatch and video platform, so the vehicle, the crew and the control room see the same channel.

Configured for the agency
01
Integration
Your dispatch, video and CAD software talks to the devices through documented APIs; we pre-test the pairing.
02
Build
Key layouts, colour schemes, holster and vehicle docks are configured per agency; Ex variants carry the certificate file.
03
Service
Spares pool, advance replacement and firmware line commitment for the life of the fleet.
01Can you supply five units for a pilot?
Yes. A pilot is the normal entry point. We quote single units at sample pricing and support the pilot with spare parts on the same order — a spare battery and a cradle, not a pallet.
02What is the minimum order?
One unit. There is no container minimum, no distributor agreement and no annual commitment. Mixed models can ship together: a handheld, a tablet and a vehicle terminal in one carton.
03How fast does a sample ship?
Stocked models usually leave within 48 hours of payment; allow 3–7 working days for delivery depending on the destination and the courier service you choose. Models built to order are quoted with a lead time instead of a promise.
