Requirement first, then the plan, then the sample.

Tell us the workflow and we come back with a configuration proposal and a quotation. If the plan looks right, a sample unit is arranged for hands-on testing — samples are charged at sample pricing, and the cost is credited back against the volume order that follows.

01

Talk through the requirement

The workflow, the software and the environment. A short call or a voice note is enough — we translate it into a configuration.

02

Receive the proposal

A written recommendation with the model, accessories, lead time and sample quotation — usually within one working day.

03

Test on a real unit

The sample arrives configured and ready. Sample units are paid; the amount is credited against the rollout order.

What to send

Four lines are enough

01
The workflow — what gets scanned, by whom, where
02
The software — name, version, Windows or Android
03
The quantity — one unit, or one unit plus three spares
04
The constraint — price, lead time, certification or compatibility

If you only know the workflow, send that. We will ask the rest.

Faster route

Message us with the requirement

Most sample requests are answered the same working day. If the requirement is unusual, we will say what we need to check before quoting.

All questions
01Who is behind this site?
Bastion Rugged is the trading front of Bright Alliance Tech Limited, Shenzhen. We design and build rugged mobile hardware — barcode scanning, UHF RFID, NFC, biometric capture — and we sell it to system integrators and solution providers rather than to consumers. The tooling, PCB and antenna work happen with our own engineering team, not through a trading desk.
02Can you supply five units for a pilot?
Yes. A pilot is the normal entry point. We quote single units at sample pricing and support the pilot with spare parts on the same order — a spare battery and a cradle, not a pallet.
03Are you the factory or a reseller?
Both, deliberately. We hold the product chain from mechanical design and tooling through PCB and antenna integration, and we also keep stock of the public models on this site. That means a sample ships this week from stock, while a custom build runs on the factory line behind it.
04What is the minimum order?
One unit. There is no container minimum, no distributor agreement and no annual commitment. Mixed models can ship together: a handheld, a tablet and a vehicle terminal in one carton.
05What can you actually do for my project that a catalogue cannot?
Three things: match the hardware to the software you already have, supply one unit so you can prove it, and stay the same supplier when the pilot becomes a fleet. If the honest answer is that no device we make solves your problem, we say so before you order.

Still comparing?

Tell us the two models you are choosing between. We will tell you which one we would pick, and why.
