A tablet exists for the job that needs to see something before it can act — a picking list with forty lines, a wiring diagram, a signature, a photo attached to a work order. It is the format for standing work, wall mounts, forklift cradles and vehicle docks, where the operator wants both hands free and the screen readable in daylight.

02
The terminal is bolted where the work happens: work-order scan at the station, torque-tool data over RS232, a photo of the defect attached to the order. Coolant, swarf and vibration are the design constraints.

No Wi-Fi, no desk, gloves on, sun on the screen. The engineer fills a form, photographs the asset plate and syncs hours later — sometimes from a different site. The device is also the camera and the map.

Every figure below is the parameter set for the BT-Q19. Options and firmware vary by production batch — confirm the exact configuration when ordering.
1 standard · 1 optional. This is the list for this chassis only — it is not shared across the range, and a different screen size or platform takes a different set. Standard items ship with the unit; optional items are quoted as separate lines.

Configuration is checked line by line against the quotation before a batch is built — ask us for the current accessory sheet for your exact SKU.
The models below run the same firmware branch but take a different accessory set. Ask for a side-by-side sheet if the choice comes down to screen size, scan range or OS.
