Pallet labels, location labels and case labels in the same shift — often the same minute. The operator wears gloves, works at reach-truck height, and cannot walk back to a terminal to correct a mis-scan.

Chassis, weight, pack and panel — the four numbers that decide whether a crew keeps the device in a hand or a holster all shift. Slim & light
Keyboard-wedge, intent or SDK output — your app decides.
Sealed against dust and water on the floor, not just in a lab.

A handheld exists because the operator's other hand is already holding the carton. Everything about the format is decided by that: weight under 400 g, a scan key that falls under the thumb, a battery that survives a ten-hour shift without a charging detour. If the workflow needs a bigger screen or a keyboard all day, the answer is a tablet, not a heavier handheld.

Associates scan shelf-edge labels and price tags, count stock in a back room with no signal, and take payment at a pop-up counter. The device is picked up and put down hundreds of times a shift.

Thousands of labels a day, read at arm's length, in rain, at the back of a van. The last scan of the day is a signature or a photo, and it has to be attached to the shipment record before the driver leaves.

Every figure below is the parameter set for the BH-T50C. Options and firmware vary by production batch — confirm the exact configuration when ordering.
3 standard · 3 optional. This is the list for this chassis only — it is not shared across the range, and a different screen size or platform takes a different set. Standard items ship with the unit; optional items are quoted as separate lines.

Configuration is checked line by line against the quotation before a batch is built — ask us for the current accessory sheet for your exact SKU.
The models below run the same firmware branch but take a different accessory set. Ask for a side-by-side sheet if the choice comes down to screen size, scan range or OS.
