Scanners and rugged devices for the people who build the system.
Supermarkets, restaurant groups, seafood processors, courier depots and distribution centres need every carton, crate and shelf label captured at the door — and the numbers in the system before the truck leaves. We supply the device that does it, from one unit, with the straight answer on whether your app runs on it.
No container, no contract.

Eleven models that leave the shelf every week.
The kit our retail, logistics and field crews re-order: pocket handhelds, an 8.68-inch outdoor unit, PoC / DMR terminals, a 14-inch Windows tablet, a 15-inch AI notebook and a 10-inch vehicle terminal. Every unit below has its own parameter sheet, its own accessory list, and its own photographs taken on our own bench.

Where this hardware is already running
Twelve programmes, from a 200-store fashion chain to an offshore survey crew. Each one starts with a workflow problem and ends with the kit that fixed it.

Retail & apparel
Fashion chain, 200+ stores
Full stock-take of a two-floor store, done before opening instead of after closing.
UHF RFID handheld + fixed reader at the stockroom door
10 M parcels / day
Parcel & logistics
Global logistics hub
Sortation reads at belt speed; no manual re-scan when a label is creased.
Pistol-grip UHF reader + vehicle terminal on the tug
1,800 spindles
Production & MES
Smart textile mill
Spindle-level traceability replaces paper travellers on the spinning line.
Rugged tablet at the line + UHF handheld for the doff round
24/7 AS/RS
Warehousing
Warehouse automation retrofit
Manual exception handling around an automated store, without stopping the cranes.
Vehicle terminal + long-range scannerTen product families, quoted as fleets
Handhelds, tablets, vehicle terminals, notebooks and panel PCs — plus the UHF RFID and ID-enrolment lines we added for access control, stock-take and identity work. One click to the right group. Mixed models ship together; spares and cradles are quoted with the fleet, not after the first breakage.

Bright Alliance designs the hardware — it does not relabel someone else's.
We design and manufacture rugged mobile devices built around wireless and contactless technologies: barcode scanning, UHF RFID, NFC, biometric authentication and a secure hardware architecture. Our customers are system integrators and solution providers who build industry-specific systems — fleet and warehouse management, retail operations, identity verification, access control, e-voting, ticketing, law enforcement, SIM registration, mobile payments and healthcare.
The full chain is in-house: mechanical design and tooling, PCB design and integration, antenna development. That is what lets us support a five-unit pilot and a five-thousand unit roll-out with the same engineering team.
The deployments we get asked about most
Supermarket replenishment, restaurant goods-in, seafood batches, courier sortation — every scenario below has a known set of failure points. Pick the one closest to your project and we start from what usually goes wrong, not from a catalogue page.

RETAIL CHAIN
Retail & Chain Stores
Store systems that expect a scanner, running on hardware the store manager cannot break.

COURIER & LAST-MILE
Courier, Parcel & Last-Mile
A parcel changes hands four times before it reaches the door. The scan has to work at every one of them.

RESTAURANT CHAINS
Restaurants & Food Service
Grease, steam and a 6am stock count — one device family for counter, kitchen and storeroom.

SEAFOOD PROCESSING
Seafood & Aquaculture Processing
Salt water, ice slurry and 4am landings — the plant floor is a hostile data environment.

E-COM FULFILMENT
E-commerce Fulfilment & Distribution
Pick rates are a hardware problem before they are a software problem.
3PL fulfilment centres4 devices →Distributors need volume. Factories need containers. You need neither.
The gap between those two business models is where most solution builders actually operate — one unit to test, thirty to deploy, and nobody willing to answer the integration question.
One unit, no MOQ theatre
Order a single sample at sample pricing. No container, no distributor agreement, no minimum annual commitment.
We answer the integration question
Scanners, SDK bridges, OS lockdown, printer pairing — answered by someone who has configured it, not a price list.
Mixed batches from stock
Combine tablet, handheld and vehicle models in one shipment. Typical dispatch in 3–7 working days.
Built for the second order
Same model, same firmware line, documented EOL notice. Your deployed fleet stays serviceable.
From your requirement to your brand
Module changes, boot logo, packaging, housing colour, extra interfaces, firmware defaults. Typical lead time 2–6 weeks depending on what changes.
Eight more, one per family
The shelf above is the handheld line. These eight cover the rest of the catalogue — a 12-inch tablet, the 15-inch AI notebook, a 15.6-inch panel PC, a 20-metre UHF reader, an ID-enrolment terminal, an Ex-rated phone, a satellite handset and a command vehicle tablet. Same paperwork, same one-unit minimum.

Before you ask
Who we are, what a sample costs, whether your app runs on the device and what happens when one breaks in the field. Eighteen answers, no form to fill in first.
All questions01Who is behind this site?
02Can you supply five units for a pilot?
03Do the Android units ship with GMS?
04What warranty do you give?
05Why does a scan fail on a screen or a crumpled label?
06Are you the factory or a reseller?
Written for the person who has to sign the order
No brochures. Each note takes one procurement decision and explains what actually determines the outcome.
Warehouse and logistics in the real world: where the scanner earns its keep
Goods-in to dispatch, zone by zone: the label that decides the device, high-rack reading, forklift vibration, the network nobody specified, and what changes in Southeast Asian warehouses.
Handheld UHF RFID across eight industries: what the tag has to survive
Medical, power, energy, construction, mining, oil and gas, electronics and agriculture — the asset, the tag problem, the read distance that matters and the device each one needs.
Cold chain PDA logging: what actually breaks in the freezer
Condensation, glove touch and offline logging queues — the freezer failure order, and the design choices that prevent it.
Send the requirement, not the model number.
Tell us the workflow, the software and the environment. We will come back with two models, the accessories they need, and an honest note if the answer is that no device fixes the problem.
